Outside of club times (club nights, coaching sessions, matches and tournaments), our courts are available to be booked by HLTC members and non-members alike.
The booking system is very kindly managed by the Hinstock Post Office and General Stores.

Tokens for the floodlights are available from the shop at a cost of 50p for 1/2 an hour.
Non-members are also welcome to attend club nights as a guest of a member. There is a visitor charge of £1 per guest and for insurance purposes, guest names must be written in the club house diary. Members are expected, on an honesty basis, to ensure that guest fees are passed to the club secretary. After 4 visits, a guest is invited to join the club.

- Social events - both fun tournaments and other events to enjoy with or without a racket.
- Fund raising activities - in the past we have raised money for the Breast Cancer Campaign, Air Ambulance, Promised Dreams and supported junior tennis development in the club and enabled Hinstock School to add to their range of play and sporting equipment.
- Access to Wimbledon tickets allocated through the regional LTA.
